Refund policy

Changed your mind? Tell us you want to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after your order is delivered. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Sale clothing and footwear have the same cancellation rights as full-price items.

Email grindandgarms@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the cancellation form below or make any other clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also notify us by post using the return address below. Your statutory right to cancel does not depend on our approval.

Trying on and condition

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please handle it carefully and return its packaging and tags where possible. We may deduct for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits.

Return postage

Contact us for a return shipping label and instructions, as offered in our existing returns policy. We will honour any promise made for your order about paying return postage. Keep proof of postage. If we supplied an incorrect, faulty or misdescribed item, we will arrange the return at our expense.

Refunds

We refund using your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. If we offer to collect the goods, the refund deadline is 14 days after you notify us of cancellation. When you cancel your whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. We do not charge a refund processing fee.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Tell us promptly if your order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item for a different size so we can check availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will explain your refund options. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund when you are legally entitled to a refund.
