I ordered 2 pairs of Dark Oat tracksuit and I received shorts instead, have emailed and Joshua emailed back after couple of days to say he would resolve it but it’s a week now and no response or email confirming the right items has been dispatched or if I’m been refunded. I’m wondering if this website is scam as I can't understand why it’s taking this long for Joshua to resolve. The both tracksuit was made to be my husband and son’s birthday for the 14th of June which was so disappointing.
