I ordered a pair of trainers in size 10, but the site sent me a size 6 instead. The sizing error was immediately obvious when the package arrived.
I politely contacted customer service the same day to explain the mistake and ask about the refund/return process so I could exchange them for the correct size 10. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my message. No reply, no acknowledgment — nothing.
This level of customer service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I just wanted the item I actually ordered, but instead I’m left with unusable shoes and zero support.
I will not be buying from this site again and I strongly recommend others avoid them. Very poor experience all around.
