Consistently texting Josh to send my order and it’s been 3 weeks no order, his customer service is poor and he doesn’t answer you and will get irritated if you start texting him.

Followed the instructions to cancel my order three mins after done.

Had no response via email, I also did a ticket on the site and again, no response.

I followed up the email two days later, and I got an email back to say thanks for the email we’ll get back in 48 hours

Not good customer service as I followed all protocol correctly, and have no idea what’s going on with the order….
